| The development of modern science and technology, the deterioration of the environments, and the great competitive pressure on students physical & mental health and life security have brought forth the threats. College physical education plays a crucial role in cultivating the students comprehensive quality, and enhancing their physical fitness as well as the abilities to survive themselves. This paper suggests that college sports teaching shall, through sports curriculum teaching and extracurricular sports activities, realize the life-needed value system of security skills education, life skills education, and sports skills education. |
