| Strengthening and innovating social administration is the inevitable requirement of harmonizing social interest,resolving social contradictions and promoting the harmonious society.Hunan Province has taken advantage of opportunity and created path of "Rule of Law",which has promoted the conversion from "regulation" to "service",from "omnipotence" to the "limitation",from "rigidity" to the "flexibility" and from "substantiality" to "procedure".It has offered a new way used for references for innovating social administration of China. |
