| 《宋大诏令集》所载儆灾诏令是自然灾害及特殊天文现象发生之时北宋君主颁布的诏令。就其内容来看,此类诏令的重点并不是诸如蠲免赋税、放粮赈灾等具体救灾措施,而是君主罪己思过、赦降罪囚、遣使巡察等针对百姓进行精神和心理抚慰的应对举措,蕴含着宣示君主仁德、树立君主权威、稳定社会秩序的文化、政治意义。 |

| When happening the natural calamities and special astronomical phenomena,the monarch in the Northern Song Dynasty was sure to promulgate the imperial Jingzai edicts.Regarding the contents,the focal points of imperial edicts were mental and psychological consolation to the mass from the monarch,such as monarch punishing himself,absolving criminals and sending emissary to go on inspection,not exempting from taxes or relieving the people in the disaster-stricken areas.The mental and psychological consolation implicates to advertise the monarch’s kindheartedness,foster the monarch’s authority and stabilize social order. |
