| 巨型大学是高等教育大众化背景下产生的一种新的大学样式,主要特点是规模庞大,具体表现在拥有多个校区、培养多种层次人才、开设大量课程、在校师生员工众多等方面。巨型大学并不等同于一流大学,我国的巨型大学需要克服组织结构科层化、专业结构市场化与师生结构数据化等问题,要采取依法办学、特色办学和人才强校策略优化内部结构,实现向质量上的一流大学飞跃。 |

| A large-scale university is a new style of university produced under the background of mass higher education.The main feature of this type of university is the large scale,embodied in those with multiple campuses,training talents at different levels,setting up a large number of curricula,and having many students,teachers,staff,etc.Large-scale university does not equal to first-class university.Large-scale universities in China need to overcome the problems,such as the bureaucracy in organizational structure and the market tendency in professional structure and data tendency in students’ and teacher’s structure.In order to become a first-scale university,the large-scale university should adopt the strategy of optimizing the internal structure,such as autonomy,characteristics and depending on talents. |
