| In the age of social transformation,the clashes caused by multi-values,the traditional and radical educational paradigms,cultural conflicts by the transformation from normal education to teacher education and the defects of the current teachers’ management and evaluation lead to such cultural crisis as the loss of value orientation,the confusion of the role identification,the lack of cooperation consciousness and the weakening of education spirit of the teachers in normal colleges. |
