| The ruling Party’s administrative foundation is crucial to the point whether the Party has a long-term ruling.Reading through the history of foreign ruling Parties,it is not difficult to have observed the profound lessons from unconsolidated ruling Parties as well as lots of advanced experiences and effective ways from successful ones.It will be beneficial for CPC’s consolidation of administrative foundation to take references from that of foreign ruling Parties. |
