| 中共十七届六中全会确定了文化产业作为国民经济支柱性产业的地位,为推动整个创意产业的发展提供了难得的机遇。创意产业是处于价值链高端的两型产业,而两型社会是产业不断创意化的低碳社会。湖南创意产业特别是文化创意产业有较好的基础并在全国颇具特色。加快湖南创意产业发展,能更好地推进"两型社会"的建设。 |

| The Sixth Plenum of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China determined culture industries as a backbone industry in the national economy,which provides a rare opportunity to promote the development of creative industries.Being the "resource-conserving and environment-friendly" industry,creative industries are at the top of the value chain,and "A Resource-Conserving and Environment-Friendly Society" is the low-carbon society that the industry constantly innovates.Creative industries,particularly creative industries of culture in Hunan Province,have good foundations and has its own features in the whole country.Thus,to speed up the development of creative industries in Hunan Province can better promote the construction of "A Resource-Conserving and Environment-Friendly Society". |
