| 以社会公益理念为导向,兼顾经济效益与社会效益的大学生公益创业是近年来以创业带动就业的新思路。大学生公益创业在探索解决社会问题的新机制、拓宽高校大学生思想政治教育、培育大学生就业创业能力和推动高校创业人才培养等方面有较好的发展前景,但目前我国大学生公益创业面临着公益创业环境建设薄弱、人才培养支持不够、创业就业能力不足以及可持续发展动力缺乏等问题。构建系统化的公益创业教育体系、进行政策引导和资源整合、提供实践服务和资本支持、加强社会责任意识和能力培养等是解决的具体对策。 |

| The social entrepreneurship of college students that is orientated to the ideology of social commonweal and considerations on both economic benefit and social benefit is a new idea of using entrepreneurship to promote employment in recent years.Social entrepreneurship of college students has a better development prospect in exploring the new mechanism to solve social problems,widening the ideological and political education of college students,cultivating students’ abilities of employment and entrepreneurship,and promoting the cultivation of entrepreneurship talents in colleges.However,social entrepreneurship of college students in China comes across such problems as the weak surrounding construction of social entrepreneurship,lack of supports for the talents cultivation,the insufficiency of employment and entrepreneurship abilities and the sustainable development motivation.Considering these problems,from the four dimensions of college,government,society and college students,this paper puts forward such specific solutions as constructing the systematic system of social entrepreneurship education,giving policy guidance,integrating resources,offering practical services and capital support,and reinforcing college students’ consciousness of social responsibility and the cultivation of their abilities. |
