| With the progress in informational science and technology,human practice is undergoing profound and comprehensive transformation,and human society is marching into a new society of informational era.In view of this new situation,Sun Weiping in his new book The Social and Historical Views in the Informational Era systematically expounds new challenges and issues generated in the informational era towards historical materialism,and puts forward his own original insights by studying these challenges and issues carefully and applying the research methods of historical materialism innovatively.This book,manifesting the distinctive sense of times and the strong sense of practice,not only enriches the research of historical materialism,but also establishes the solid foundation to open up new prospects for studying the historical materialism in the informational era. |
