| 美国的宪政民主政治源于美国殖民时期的传统治理与独立革命,发展于美国建国后的200多年的政治实践中,体现在美国的联邦制、三权分立、两党制的政治实践生活中。其特征主要是:"三步"走的逻辑进路;稳中求变;注重人权的普遍保护。它的价值在于对美国的民主与发展起过推动作用,但自身又存在许多的缺陷与不足。 |

| American constitutional democracy originates from traditional governance in American colonial period and American Independence Revolution of,develops in political practice of more than 200 years after the founding of the United States,and embodies in the political practice of American federal system,"tripartite-power" system,and two-Party system.Its main characteristic is that a logic approach road of "Three-Step",changing in stability,and attaching importance to universal protection of human rights.It plays a valuable pole in American democracy and development;however,it has lots of defects and deficiencies. |
