| 当前公安执法活动日益面临人权保障问题的新挑战。目前,我国公安执法活动中存在执法主体不适应、执法过程不规范、维权保障有差距等不足,应加强教育培训、执法规范与维权保障等机制建设,促进公安执法与人权保障之间的协调。 |

| Police enforcement is increasingly facing new challenges in the protection of human rights.However,there are some problems in the police enforcement,such as enforcement subject’s maladjustment,non-standard in the enforcement process and gap of rights protection.We should strengthen mechanism construction in education training,enforcement norms and rights protection,so as to promote the coordination between police enforcement and rights protection. |
