| Being the cell of university,the grass-root academic organizations plays some basic roles of teaching,research and consulting services in university.In order to resolve the question of power operation in university’s grass-root academic organizations,this paper proposes a negotiable mode innovatively to balance and coordinate power relationship among different groups of university’s grass-root academic organizations and explores the logical base,platform construction and protection mechanism of the negotiable mode. |
