| 先秦两汉,表示"以视线接触人或物"这一概念一般用"视"。"看"萌芽于汉代,文献用例偶见。魏晋南北朝,"看"处于发展期,文献用例逐渐增多,但还未超过传统的"视"。唐以后,"看"处于继续发展期,文献用例越来越多,在口语中基本取代了"视"。但在书面语中,"视"依然占据优势地位。 |

| In the Pre-Qin Dynasty and the Han Dynasty,"shi(视)" was often used to express "eye contact with people or things"."Kan(看)" originated from the Han Dynasty,and literature cases were rarely seen.In the Period of Wei-Jin-Southern-Northern Dynasty,"kan(看)" was in the phase of development,and literature cases were gradually increased.However,it was not too much more than the traditional "shi(视)".Since the Tang Dynasty,"kan(看)"continued developing,and there were more and more literature cases,with "shi(视)" replaced in spoken language.But "shi(视)"still dominated in the written language. |
