| The countries of the Anglo American Legal System stipulate detailed rules to guide judicial practices. In Chinas legal system, the concept of character evidence has not really been established. However, the exploration for the feasibility of character evidence in criminal cases involving minors has been underway, and has become an important reference when dealing with individual cases. The establishment and application of character evidence system will become an important research topic for prosecutorial organs in terms of conviction and sentencing in criminal cases involving minors. |
