| Comrade Mao Zedong attached great importance to the Party’s as well as the State organs’ construction of a clean and honest administration.He proposed the basic paths to foster the construction of a clean and honest administration,i.e.use thoughts to cultivate incorruptness,use salaries to raise incorruptness,use examples to sustain incorruptness,use systems to guarantee incorruptness and use democracy to supervise incorruptness.Comrade Mao Zedong had always adhered to the philosophy of running the Party strictly.He proposed to educate and reform the small & medium embezzlers but to punish the serious corruptions and embezzlements with severe laws. |
