| 绿色湖南本质上是生态文明的区域表现形式,代表着一种新的发展范式和价值取向。绿色湖南的实现具有对科学技术的高依赖性和选择性,因而建设"绿色湖南"首先要实现科技创新的路径转换与价值转型,最大限度地促进资源节约与环境友好。两型化科技创新是对传统科技创新所造成的生态价值困境的理性回应,推进两型化科技创新需要从思想观念、政策环境、生产方式与消费方式、科技创新服务体系等方面进行培育与建构。 |

| As local manifestations of ecological civilization in essence,the program of Green Hunan represents a new type of development paradigm and value orientation.Having high dependence on the condition and adoption of science and technology,the realization of Green Hunan requires transforming of innovation paths and conversion of value,and promoting resource-conserving and environment-friendly utterly.As the rational response to the traditional patterns of innovation,science and technology innovation oriented on resource-conserving and environment-friendly conception should be cultivated and constructed through various aspects such as ideas,policies,ways of producing and consuming,serving systems,and so on. |
