| 新中国成立初期,各种陈规陋习依然存在,这不仅严重影响到社会风气,也与根本变化了的政治、经济、文化制度极不相称。围绕此问题,中共从六个方面进行了努力。改造陋俗文化,必须坚持马克思主义的指导地位,推进马克思主义大众化;坚持群众参与,充分发挥"群众运动"在陋俗文化改造中的作用;必须不断加强社会主义先进文化建设,增强抵制陋俗文化的能力;必须与加强党的建设相结合。 |

| During the early period of the founding of the New China,many vulgar cultures still existed,which not only had a serious effect on social morality,but also were inconsistent with the fundamentally changed political,economic and cultural systems.Aimed at this particular problem,the Communist Party of China made great efforts to solve it from six aspects.To transform the vulgar culture,one should adhere to the guiding role of Marxism and promote its popularization.One should stick to the mass participation and fully play the role of "mass movement" in the transformation of vulgar culture.One should constantly intensify the construction of socialist advanced culture and improve the capability of resisting vulgar culture.One should combine the Party construction with the transformation of vulgar culture. |
