| 20世纪末以来,世界高等教育得到了前所未有的扩张,但扩张的同时伴随而来的是高等教育经费紧缺。世界各国在此背景下对高等教育投资机制采取了不同的政策和改革措施。分析美日英三国的高等教育融资结构和改革经验可知,稳定政府投资、丰富融资渠道、走多元化道路是我国高等教育融资发展的必由之路。 |

| Since the 20th century,the world higher education is under unprecedented expansion,but at the same time all the countries are facing higher education fiscal crisis.Under the background,they take various kinds of investment policy and reform measures.Analysis of the experiences of American,Japanese and British higher education investment structure and reformation shows that,stable government investment,abundant financing channels and diversified system is the only way to improve our country’s higher education investment. |
