| 心理契约现象存在于诸多管理活动中，将心理契约引入高校学风建设领域具有可行性。通过对心理契约在高校学风建设中的适用性分析后，就心理契约对学风建设产生影响的机制问题，将心理契约与学风建设的关系分为建立、调适、实现3个阶段进行分析。在此基础上，建议从明确学校和学生的心理期望、强化沟通机制、积极履行心理契约等角度建立高校学风建设心理契约机制，推进高校学风建设。 |

| Ideological and political education for college students is a special social practice, which deals with students who have distinctive personalities and characteristics of the times. Therefore, the implementation of ideological and political education for college students should be integrated with the development of the society to cultivate college students to be a person with a sound humanity by upholding principles, such as starting from the perspective of humanization, persisting in putting students first, focusing on promoting students development in an all-round way and respecting the growth demand of their nature. |
