| 新闻传播法属于宪法性法律，新闻传播法是政治法；新闻传播法既反映政治权力关系，也反映一般权利关系，新闻传播法是综合法；新闻传播法奉行“个人——社会本位”，也就是以维护个人权利与社会公共利益为目的的本位思想，新闻传播法是“个人——社会本位”法；新闻传播权是一种自由权利、政治权利、信息权利，新闻传播法是人权法。新闻传播法具有意识形态功能、自由权利保障功能、解决冲突功能。 |

| News Spreading Law belongs to “other politics laws” of politics laws besides constitution. It reflects the relationship between political authorities; it also reflects general relationship of rights. News spreading law is comprehensive law which sustains individual rights and social common benefits. The right of news spreading is a liberty right, political right and information right. News Spreading Law is characterized with the function of ideology, guarantee of liberty right and stopping conflict. |
