| In todays world, all of the democratic countries are exploring governance mode actively. Good governance mode is a positive response to the modern democratic politics and the development of human rights. Currently, there are some problems in grass-roots social management in China. From the perspective of good governance, it mainly includes that social management emphasizes on regulations but ignores the service, social management of the main body is single, standard procedures for public participation are insufficiency, the ability of government to integrate information resources is not enough, the overall level and coordination function of social management are to be enhanced, and the infrastructure of social management is not followed up accordingly. Therefore, from the perspective of good governance, in order to carry forward the grass-roots social management innovation, we should strengthen the legal and reasonable review mechanism of social management, establish the responsibility subdivision mechanism of social management clearly, establish the social management mechanism of the public-participation, establish the social management performance evaluation mechanism, and establish the risk evaluation mechanism of social management. |
