| The debate on “tip” in China has lasted thirty years, which has been experienced three stages, that is, from the stage of being totally repudiated, to the stage of profound exploration, and to the stage of putting into effect. However, it has not been resolved yet, which is rare in the world. The reason for this debate lies in whether or not the “tip” pertains to socialism or capitalism, and whether or not it should dwell on this problem. The above has left unresolved. The debate on “tip” is just the tip of the iceberg, which has exposed the developmental embarrassments of China’s tourism industry. Narrow and stubborn awareness, severely lagging behind law, and management in dilemma are the three short boards that seriously restrict the sustainable development of tourism. In fact, relaxing “tip” and stimulating the positive energy of “tip” can solve the big problems and promote the healthy development of China’s tourism industry. |
