| Expanding democracy is the value goal and the difficult as well as the hot issue of cadre work. Currently, democratization degree of cadre work in China is not high enough. Democracy is inseparable from rights. The democratization degree depends on the realization of civil rights. In the process of rule of law in China, it must guarantee and commit the public’s rights to know, to participate, to express, to choose, and the rights to supervise in cadre work, in order to deepen the reform of cadres’ personnel policy and promote the democratization of cadre work. |
