| Teachers’ equilibrium configuration is the key to balanced development of compulsory education.Factors that influence teachers’ equilibrium configuration of compulsory education are various: it not only contains the treatment of teachers and configuration policy issues,but also involves configuration system and method.What’s more,it both relates to contradictions in management of teachers and cultural values.Therefore,analyzing the barriers to teachers’ equilibrium configuration for compulsory education in the county is extremely necessary,so that it is favorable to scientifically promote the balanced development of compulsory education. |
