| 我国的专利数据库建设在数量、内容、服务方式等方面都取得了一定的成绩,但仍存有不足,这与用户的各种信息需求心理存在着矛盾性。必须构建一个由政府公共服务平台、行业联盟服务平台以及商业化服务平台构成的"三级金字塔"型专利信息服务平台,从而使政府、公益性机构与商业性机构作为共同服务主体来满足用户的信息需求。 |

| The construction of China’s patent database has made some achievements in quantity,content and service mode,while a lot of disadvantages still exist,especially there are contradictions between the varied need of the users and the existing database.Based on these shortages,in this paper,a construction proposal has raised that a "three-level pyramid" patent information service platform could be set up,constituted with government public service platform,industry alliances service platform and commercial service platform.By this means,a common service subject combining government,nonprofit organizations and commercial organizations,could meet the need of different users. |
