In the innovation of the modern social management, the government should keep the social justice as its core value orientation, reframe its idea of justice, build a system of management with the combination of dynamical systems and justice systems, establish and perfect its structure of good governance, promote the development of a just government based on the core conception of service, responsibility, laws and building a clean government, and lay stress on the construction, and implement of the policies and institutions to maintain a just government. |
