      利用面板数据模型,将人力资本水平按照不同的创新主体进行分类,对我国30个省、市、自治区的人力资本水平、研发支出水平和经济发展水平与区域创新之间的关系进行了计量分析,详细分析它对我国各个地区区域创新的贡献。结果显示,在我国13个省市,科研机构人力资本水平对创新的作用是显著的,在我国14个省市,企业人力资本水平对创新的作用是显著的,在我国17个省市,大学的人力资本水平对创新的作用是显著的。三种创新主体的人力资本在不同地区对创新的贡献是不同的。
英文摘要:
      The paper analyzes the relationship between human capital,R&D spending,economic development level and regional innovation in 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions of China by the panel-data model.Human capital is divided into different classes according to different innovation subject,and its contributions to China’s regional innovation is analyzed.The results show that human capital of research institutions plays a significant role in 13 provinces and municipalities of China;human capital of enterprises plays a remarkable role in 14 provinces and municipalities of China,and human capital of university plays an important role in 17 provinces and municipalities of China.Overall speaking,the contributions of three kinds of human capital to the innovation is different in different regions.
