    摘要:

    经济制度由正式制度、非正式制度及其实施机制组成,企业社会责任方面问题的根本原因要从企业家的价值追求、商业信仰、文化习俗等非正式制度方面探求。企业社会责任非正式制度诱致性变迁的四个特征是需求主导、自动自发、路径依赖、难以移植。企业社会责任非正式制度诱致性变迁的路径需要找准逻辑起点、落脚基点,把握好过程支点。逻辑起点是修复文化断层,接续社会责任的文化传统基因;落脚基点是形成企业家群体共有的信仰和责任价值观;过程支点是企业、政府、社会三方力量并行不悖。

    Abstract:

    Economic system is composed of formal institution, informal institution, and enforcement mechanism. The fundamental cause of the corporate social responsibility issues can be explored from the informal institutions, like the value pursuit of entrepreneurs, the business beliefs, and the cultural practices. The four features of induced changes of corporate social responsibilitys informal institution are dominant demands, spontaneousness, route dependence, and difficulty in transplantation. The route of induced changes of corporate social responsibilitys informal institution needs to find out both the logical starting point as well as the arrival basis point, and grasp the process pivot point. The logical starting point is to repair the cultural faults and carry on the traditionally cultural gene of social responsibility. The arrival basis point is to shape the beliefs and responsibility values shared by the entrepreneur group. The process pivot point is that the three sides, i.e. the enterprise, the government, and the society can coexist peacefully.
