The local governance power of the US is featured by decentralized concept, naturally fuzzy boundaries, the lower tendency of division, the flat level, the two-way direction of operation, and the diverse centers. However, the local governance power of China is of the centralized concept, non-naturally fuzzy boundaries, division to the higher propensity, the pyramid-like tendency of the level, the unilateral direction of operation, and the singleness of center. Thus, China can learn the local governance power from the US dialectically, so as to improve the operation effects of local governance power.
