    摘要:

    学科建设在高等院校各项事业的发展中具有至关重要的地位,而高校党的建设无疑对调动和发挥教师党员的积极性,增强学科团队的凝聚力和战斗力,推动学科建设和发展具有重要的作用。文章以湖南科技大学党的建设与学科建设为研究实例,在坚持以科学发展观为指导的思路下,提出了目标明确、观念转变、提升"产、学、研"社会功能、着眼全局统筹并促进学科可持续发展的四大保证机制。理论与实践证明:以改革创新精神推进高校党的建设,这对于高校学科建设的稳步、持续与科学发展至关重要。

    Abstract:

    Discipline construction is most crucial in the university’s development of all the causes.No doubt,Party construction plays important roles in bringing forth and mobilizing the enthusiasm of Party members and teachers,building up the cohesion and combat effectiveness of interdisciplinary team,and promoting discipline construction and development.Based on the case study of Party construction and discipline construction at Hunan University of Science and Technology,the four subjects assurance mechanism is put forward in this paper such as objective clear,concept change,enhance the social function of production,learning and research,and focus on overall coordination to promote the sustainable development while adhering to the guidance of scientific concept of development ideas.Theory and practice shows that:the reform and innovation spirit to advance the Party construction will act as a crucial role in steady,sustainable and scientific development in universities discipline construction.
