Abstract:Based on the data of the questionnaire distributed to the 445 hearing normal of N City in Jiangsu Province,this paper attempts to analyze the level of acceptance and inclusion from the perspective of social distance on the hearing normal toward the hearing disabled,explore the status and the trends of social integration.The results show that social distance of the hearing normal toward the hearing disabled exists objectively and has its internal difference,but not very big.Economic factors does not impact remarkably on social distance;considering the population factors toward the hearing disabled,women’s social distance are smaller than that of men,the rural areas are smaller than the urban,and the hearing normal with higher education but smaller social distance;the smaller social prejudice the smaller social distance;more frequent contact with the hearing disabled,the smaller social distance.Finally,this paper analyzes and discusses how to narrow social distance of the hearing normal toward the hearing disabled and improve social integration.
