Abstract:Observed from the staff’s group incidents happened in the first half year of 2010,staff at an unstable critical point of labor relations,when influenced,will be inclined to dissatisfaction,anger or even aggressive actions.Trade union should take five indexes influencing the critical points of labor relations,i.e.measurement management science,behavior science,psychology,sociology,and economics as early warning measures,and reduce the risk of labor relations.Trade union must take specific actions to enhance laborers’ work feelings,improve their psychologically adaptive capability,balance their self-esteem,respond to their needs and meet their reproduction expectations.
