Police enforcement is increasingly facing new challenges in the protection of human rights.However,there are some problems in the police enforcement,such as enforcement subject’s maladjustment,non-standard in the enforcement process and gap of rights protection.We should strengthen mechanism construction in education training,enforcement norms and rights protection,so as to promote the coordination between police enforcement and rights protection.
