Optimal Adjustment and General Negentropy Compute on Coupling Industrial Outputs of Eco-agriculture and Ecotourism: A Case Study of Hechuan District in Chongqing

The adjustment of industrial structure is restrained simultaneously by such limited resources as land.In order to solve the difficulties in evaluation due to the absence of the market prices of final economic outputs,the paper attempts to propose a compromise programming model under the land capability,and analyze the benefits arising from the operations with different scales.In addition,the final optimal design is obtained by comparing with the traditional programming approach according to the decrease of general negentropy of the system.
