Asset management of ethnic cultural tourism resources is a complex system,and the affected area is broad.Resource asset management research started late in China,so there are series of problems in assets management of ethnic cultural tourism resources which restricts a sustainable,healthy and rapid development of ethnic culture tourism.To strengthen assets management of ethnic cultural tourism resources,this paper puts forward series of proposals,i.e.paying attention to assets value theory research,strengthening assets management feasibility and operation,paying attention to property right definition and property management,improving assets evaluation,and strengthening the construction of laws and regulations control.
