Dr.Zhang Donghui’s monograph Fichte’s Philosophy of Recht is the first domestic academic work on Fichte’s philosophy of right,which mainly divides Fichte’s thought of right into three phrases,i.e.the youth,Jena and Berlin periods,and offers us an excellent attempt to understand comprehensively and research Fichte’s philosophy deeply.This review expounds briefly some understanding about Fichte’s thought from the view of both the author of the above monograph and the author of this paper on the basis of the tensions between the transcendental and the a priori in Fichte’s right theory.
