The construction of China’s patent database has made some achievements in quantity,content and service mode,while a lot of disadvantages still exist,especially there are contradictions between the varied need of the users and the existing database.Based on these shortages,in this paper,a construction proposal has raised that a "three-level pyramid" patent information service platform could be set up,constituted with government public service platform,industry alliances service platform and commercial service platform.By this means,a common service subject combining government,nonprofit organizations and commercial organizations,could meet the need of different users.
