Abstract:The implementation of college teachers’ performance evaluation in cannot simply copy the evaluation theories and models suitable for enterprise management.The rules and cultural background in colleges entail that the implementation of performance evaluation should cultivate the cultural environment of performance evaluation in colleges,innovate performance management system and entitle the autonomy of the university management.Centering on the goal of improving the quality of faculties,guiding by the purpose of promoting teaching and researching,the university should establish reasonable and perfect performance evaluation system and make full use of it to improve and enhance the education activities in universities,thus to further improve the quality and the benefits of the university running.
