As the successors of the Party,college students’ qualifications are closely related with the success of the Party’s cause.Different thoughts have come up along with the great development and change of society.Therefore,college students,when they are in the process of joining the Party,are facing with new opportunities and challenges.In order to profoundly know college students’ motivation of joining the Party,this paper make a questionnaire by investigating 2178 college students from three colleges in Xiangtan.It makes a contrastive analysis of Suggestions and countermeasures are proposed based on the contrastive analysis of college students’ motivation of joining the Party,and based on that,it proposes.several countermeasures.
