The issue of Chinese philosophy legitimacy is very complicated. The issue of Chinese philosophy legitimacy should be deconstructed and analyzed through the discussions from the perspectives of doctrine and discipline. From the perspective of doctrine, philosophy doctrine is unique and individual because of the influence of regions and culture. Therefore, different cultures and regions have their own philosophy doctrine. From the perspective of discipline, philosophy discipline is dynamic and developmental. The independence of Chinese philosophy discipline depends on not only exploring the uniqueness of study object and method of Chinese philosophy discipline, but organizing and constructing them systematically.
