The basic principles of socialist harmonious labor involve the guiding ideology, which reflects harmonious labor throughout the labor process and the basic norms obligatorily followed in adjusting labor relations and others closely related to them. With the fundamental realities in China at the primary stage of socialism and such elements as rights, conditions, relations, allocation and other related ones of labor taken into consideration, the construction of socialist harmonious labor in China has to be escorted by such basically ethical principles as autonomy, mutual-benefit, justice and humanitarianism.
