Chinas enterprises after years of development have brought the enterprises bigger and stronger, but the successful examples of business aspects are fewer. In view of this situation and from the perspective of industrial accumulation, this paper takes the successful enterprise, i.e. Tsingtao brewery as the research object to study the scale economies based on industry cluster. Through the expansion of the classic C-D model, this paper makes a study of the scale economies of Tsingtao brewery based on industry cluster. It builds two econometric model of time sequence, carries out the contrast analysis, and obtains the accumulation path of Tsingtao brewery. It also puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of Tsingtao brewery.
