Abstract:This paper makes random questionnaires on graduates stress of employment, social support and coping style. Results show that there are significant differences among the graduates who use different coping strategies. Those who use positive coping strategies feel stresses at a lower level than those who use negative coping strategies; the influence of social support on stress of employment is not so significant. This paper suggests that the graduates stress of employment can be alleviated by improving social supports and coping style.
