Abstract:In the process of team learning in construction project, effects of different abilities on team learning cannot be generalized. Taking the mutual relations of technical support, organization structure, organization culture and performance as research framework, structural equation modeling is constructed. In order to test the consistency, authenticity and accuracy of measurement, reliability and validity analysis are carried out. Four factors are discovered according to factor loading coefficients, and they pass the confirmatory factor analysis. Five hypotheses are tested with actual data by SEM. The action of culture on performance is the strongest, while the structure is stronger, and technology is the weakest. Aimed at the results, existing problems and countermeasures in team learning of construction project are discussed. Theoretical support for the management in actual construction is provided.
