The research of education cloud computing aims at full scale intelligence services. The grid style resource linkage sharing mechanism has been constructed through integrating dispersed and heterogeneous high quality teaching resources, thus to guarantee a sustainable and balanced development of higher education. This paper analyzes construction motives of cloud sharing of high quality teaching resources, probes into its fundamental target, clarifies the constricting factors, builds theory models, thinks about the operating patterns, and establishes effective mechanism.
