The issue of Xinjiang Uyghur nationality residents in Hunan Province has been characterized by its sensitiveness, complexity and arduousness in recent years. Based on the analysis of the dangers and the leaks in the present management of the Xinjiang Uyghur nationality residents in Hunan province, this paper suggests the possible solutions to the above issues, such as creating a free and harmonious social environment of nationality integration, innovating the mechanism of social management, and enforcing the legal management of the Xinjiang Uyghur nationality residents in Hunan Province, so as to safeguard the nationality unity and social stability, and promote the healthily economic and social development.
