    摘要:

    面对近年来高校女教师队伍的日益壮大,从女性的社会、历史文化出发,梳理了我国不同历史时期的三种主要社会性别制度:“男女有别”、“男女平等”与“男女都一样”;概括并分析了我国高校女教师先后呈现的三种生存状态:“缺席者”、“在场者”与“言说者”。旨在呼唤人们进一步关注高校女教师的利益诉求与发展趋势。这必将是一个冲破主流话语屏障、回归生活本身的难得的精神觉醒与自我发现的过程。

    Abstract:

    With an increasing number of female teachers in colleges in recent years, three main social gender discourses in different historical periods in China are presented from society, history and culture. They are differences, equalities and sameness among males and females. Three states of the female college teachers are generalized and analyzed, which include absentees, powerless speakers and speaker. The purpose of the paper appeals to peoples further focus on the right requirement and development trend of college female teachers. These must be a process in which the main discourse obstacles will be cleared, the treasured awareness will be awakened, and the self will be found.
