The committee system is an important form in American political system from the beginning. The committee system resolves large number of transactions, but with many drawbacks in itself, this system cannot solve all affairs flocking to the Continental Congress. However, the practice of the committee system in the continental congress affects the work of federal congress in the future; most importantly, this practice plays a crucial role in the building of government system by helping the administrative departments separation from legislative bodies.
