The politics practice of any states requires the political culture supporting of the nation. The appeal and influence in mentality as well as the political sense of worth of a state is not only the core of the political culture, but also an important aspect in soft power construction of the state. The Chinese political sense of worth has inherited and developed the scientifically socialistic political sense of worth and absorbed the cultural civilization created by all human beings. It has also been organically combined with the conventional Chinese political ideal and sense of worth. The Communist Party of China has been shaping the political sense of worth and developing its own political soft power over the 90 years’ practice since the Party establishment. Recently in China, under the background of the globalization, both the construction of political sense of worth and the development of political soft power are facing with big chances and challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the mass’ confidence in the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristic, its road confidence, and its system confidence, strengthen the construction of political system, and promote the fairness of the society.
