Abstract:Since C.R.Rogers proposed the conception of humanism education, a profound revolution had taken place in the educational realm. People oriented education lies in educational aim, idea, content, method and valuation. The conception of humanism education advocates consciousness and initiative of students, gives them cultural ambience and value concern, and puts emphasis on the peopleoriented foundation. He respects the difference between the students, and tries to set up an atmosphere of psychological freedom so as to develop every students potentiality. By way of accepting humanism education, every student will keep it in heart, and fulfill its aim, at last push ahead the coordinated development between economy, society and environment. The conception of humanism education has promoted to shape good students personality and educational fair. It is of much theoretical and realistic significance to discuss Rogers education conception and take advantage of its rational for the sake of current educational reform in China.
